Manager - Risk Management

Total Work Experience : 5+ Years Relevant experience in operational and investment risk management & preferably from the Mutual Fund industry.
Job Responsibilities :
- Effective in identification, monitoring, managing and reporting of multiple risk faced by our organization.
- Ensure overall effective monitoring of operational and investment risk.
- Ensure effective monitoring of the SEBI investment limits and reporting of the limit breaches.
- Oversight of controls related to dealing room, trade allocation and monitoring of SEBI market abuse related activities.
- Monitor and analyze the portfolio stress testing, risk o meter, potential risk class as per SEBI guidelines.
- Working with multiple department for formulation of organizational policies.
- Keeping track of market, industry development, best practices, new regulation etc.
- Improving the level of automation, system controls of the organization process.
- Managing risk within the tolerance limits defined in the Risk appetite framework, Key risk indicators etc.
- Preparation of risk management committee and investment committee agenda and minutes.
- Effective in establishing an organization-wide risk-conscious culture
- Providing periodic inputs on the risk parameters to be adopted across different risk
- Ensure effective monitoring of organizational risk register, RCSA process, KRI, RAF and closure of the actionable.
- Ensure the department wise SOP are up to date and processes are followed.
