Data Analyst and AI DeveloperOur company seeks a highly skilled Data Scientist to join its team of innovators. This role involves working with large-scale supply chain data to develop predictive and generative AI models that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.The ideal candidate will have strong applied AI expertise and experience in building, deploying, and scaling data-driven solutions for logistics and intelligent decision systems.We are looking for an expert who can design and implement machine learning, deep learning, and AI-driven optimization models for logistics and operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building scalable and robust data preprocessing pipelines and reproducible modelling pipelines.To ensure reliability, the Data Scientist will conduct A/B testing, model monitoring, and performance tuning. Additionally, they will experiment with new models and techniques, and test the performance of data-driven products.RequirementsExperience in Data Science Model development and deployment (1-4 years)Strong forecasting experienceExposure to developing predictive analytics and machine learning for business applicationsKnowledge of ML/GenAI frameworks and tools, including computer vision or NLP for automationFamiliarity with LLMs and GenAI for knowledge extraction and intelligent decision supportExtensive experience with Git and DockerTechnical SkillsProgramming: Python, SQL, PySparkML/AI Frameworks: Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, LightGBMData Engineering: Redshift, Kafka, AWS S3, SnowflakeModel Serving: FastAPI, Triton, Ray Serve, DockerVisualization: Power BI, Plotly, TableauBonus: LLMs (LangChain, Transformers), Reinforcement Learning, or GNNQualificationsB.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fieldProven experience deploying ML/AI models in productionStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with an understanding of SCMNice to HaveExperience with Agentic AI systems, multi-modal AI (vision + text), or real-time ML
