Job DescriptionOur organisation is a global leader in the development of innovative and scientifically validated assessment solutions.We have a diverse team working across multiple locations, driven by a passion for delivering people-centric and tech-driven solutions.Role OverviewThe AI & Psychometrics Specialist combines expertise in psychometrics with knowledge of AI to design and improve assessment tools.The role involves collaborating with Data Science to evaluate and fine-tune AI models, ensuring accuracy and fairness.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes and data analysis.Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programmes generating tailored feedback for assessments.Collaborate with consultants and consulting teams to support development of AI-supported solutions for customised assessments and reporting.Produce detailed technical documentation and user manuals for customised tools.Assessment Tool DevelopmentContribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.Develop innovative test items, leveraging AI tools for item generation and quality assurance.Coordinate subject matter experts to ensure test content validity and reliability.Manage R&D Projects using tools like Jira or Trello to plan, track, and deliver project requirements on schedule.RequirementsEducation: MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.Experience: First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.Required Skills and QualificationsAdvanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.Excellent English communication.Strong project management and organisational skills.Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Technical RequirementsProficient in Python or R programming languages. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data visualisation tools.Working ConditionsWork closely with international teams in an agile environment.
