Key Role SummaryWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Officer who will be instrumental in driving strategic growth initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency within the leadership team, ensuring comprehensive goal implementation, and supporting the founder with day-to-day operations and strategic projects.Collaborate with senior leaders on organizational objectives, translating them into actionable workstreams.Develop and communicate business road maps, strategies, and goals.Identify inefficiencies in existing processes, design improvements, and ensure these are rolled out effectively.Main ResponsibilitiesLead or support cross-functional projects, setting timelines, milestones, and clear deliverables along with managing orphaned tasks within the organization.Facilitate meetings with top management, understand project planning, retrospectives, and backlog creation based on team priorities, company strategy, and vision.Analyze data from various sources to create dashboards and executive summaries.HIGHLIGHT trends, surface potential issues, and propose solutions for improvement.
