Hello, Greetings from ZettaMine Job Title: Linux Server Administrator Experience: 3 to 8 Years Locations: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Job Description: Technical Skills Required: 3 – 8 years of experience in Linux Server Management & Administration. Strong experience with Linux OS operations and troubleshooting. Hands-on with server installation (physical/VM), maintenance, and decommissioning . Good understanding of LVM, DNS, LDAP, and IPTables . Experience with hypervisor operations – XEN and VMware. Experience with physical server management . Good Experience in at least one public cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP). Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Chef) and scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl). Experience using GitHub and JIRA is a plus. Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus (especially in Docker setups) or ELK stack is beneficial (not mandatory). Knowledge of central infrastructure: Security Groups, RPM, Rsync, Mail Services, Active Directory, Nagios, Repository Management. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide L3 support per SLAs; handle incidents, changes, RCA per ITIL. Manage server lifecycle: install, configure, monitor, maintain, decommission. Perform storage ops using NetApp-NFS. Manage package/repository and update OS images. Support cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Windows).
