About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 5-10 years experience in strong background in backend development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will mentor developers, design scalable and maintainable systems, and drive high-level architectural decisions in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions.Define and implement solution architecture and enterprise architecture aligned with financial services standards.Oversee sprint planning, manage cross-functional teams, and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.Design and develop distributed systems and event-driven architectures.Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Keycloak.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Required Skills:Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.Experience with API Development and Redis.Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with solution and enterprise architecture in financial services.Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage sprints, and mentor developers.Specialized Experience: Designing and implementing IAM solutions using Keycloak.Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-level design principles.
