Job Description

Reporting to the director of operations you will be responsible for:

Functions like quality, production, R&D, stores, maintenance, engineering, and factory procurement. Upgrading existing operational processes and bringing efficiency. Handling the operations and manufacturing of multiple plants Monitoring the daily activities at the plant including all operations and process Coordinating with maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment. Understanding design and implementation of new product lines and ensure seamless integration. Ensuring all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met. Implementing operational excellence for the processes in place at the plant

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you must be a plant head or unit head from a manufacturing industry with at least 15 years of experience.
You must have headed a team of production, quality, maintenance, stores, warehousing etc
