Electronics Design EngineerWe are seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to develop the electronic systems of our autonomous platforms. You will design complex multi-layer PCBs for control systems, high-speed communication interfaces, precision sensor circuits, and robust power systems that operate reliably in harsh environments.About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity to work on designing submarine electronics for 300m depth and 30+ days operation. The successful candidate will have experience in designing high-speed digital interfaces, analog paths, and power electronics while ensuring compliance with defense and marine safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Design 6-10+ layer PCBs with high-speed interfaces (PCI Express, MIPI, 10GHz Ethernet)Perform impedance control, differential routing, length matching, and SI/PI analysisImplement comprehensive protection (OVP, OCP, surge, ESD) and ensure MIL-STD-461, CE, UL, IEC marine standards complianceDevelop DC-DC converters using GaN/SiC devices for submarine power distributionCollaborate on INS, sonar, and communication system integrationMaintain configuration management for defense requirementsRequired Qualifications:B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from recognized institution6-10 years experience in PCB layout and hardware designProficiency in Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar toolsHigh-speed digital expertise: PCI Express, MIPI, Gigabit Ethernet implementationSignal integrity knowledge: impedance control, differential signaling, EMI mitigationAnalog/mixed-signal design with low-noise techniques and grounding strategiesPower electronics experience: DC-DC converters, power distribution, thermal managementKnowledge of safety/EMC standards: CE, UL, IEC, testing proceduresLab equipment proficiency: oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, VNA, logic analyzerStrong debugging and analytical skills with systematic root-cause analysisBenefits:Technical challenge and mission impactAdvanced technology: military-grade components, GaN/SiC devices, latest design toolsGrowth path: clear trajectory to lead electronics architecture for future platformsCompetitive compensation packageOthers:Military standards knowledge: MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461HDI PCB, blind/buried vias, rigid-flex design capabilityBattery management and power systems for autonomous platformsConformal coating and potting for marine protectionIPC standards and DFM/DFA principles
