Responsibilities:Male female both can applyLead corporate HR strategy, oversee organizational development & culture building.Develop leadership talent, implement succession planning & OD intervention.Role Objective:To lead the Human Resources function for our reputed organisation,driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals. The role is responsible for talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and fostering a high-performance culture across all units.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR LeadershipFormulate and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.Partner with leadership teams to support business growth, restructuring, and change management.Drive employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.Talent Acquisition & ManagementOversee recruitment for critical roles across manufacturing, corporate, and R&D functions.Ensure robust talent pipeline and succession planning for key positions.Develop and implement competency-based selection and assessment systems.Performance ManagementDrive the implementation and enhancement of performance management systems.Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.Promote a performance-driven culture across the organization.Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and design leadership development programs.Build technical and behavioral capability across levels.Monitor training effectiveness and ROI on L&D initiatives.Employee Relations & ComplianceMaintain harmonious industrial relations across all plants and offices.Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.Act as a key liaison between management and employee representatives/unions (if applicable).Compensation & BenefitsOversee compensation benchmarking, payroll, and reward systems.Drive implementation of performance-linked incentive structures.Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness in pay practices.Organizational Development & CultureLead change management and organization design initiatives.Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.Strengthen company values, ethics, and culture across all locations.Desired Candidate Profile:Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.Experience: 20+years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in automotive / manufacturing industry.Proven exposure to multi-plant operations, IR, and strategic HR.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities effectively.Key Competencies:Strategic Thinking & Business AcumenLeadership & People ManagementIndustrial Relations ExpertiseChange ManagementData-driven Decision MakingIntegrity & Emotional Intelligence
