Job Title: Dairy Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Dairy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on climate smart dairy projects in India. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting multi-disciplinary research initiatives, enhancing scientific and technical collaboration, and engaging with partners across India.About the Role Support cross-functional research and implementation projects across livestock and dairy sectors in India. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment on science and research priorities. Contribute to knowledge exchange between teams across geographies. Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical support to implementation partners and contribute to landscape assessments of sector challenges in target geographies. Offer insights and analysis to inform decision-making on collaborative agriculture, water, and food projects.Technical Capacity Building: Build relationships with local partners, dairy companies, milk cooperatives, and other stakeholders to develop strategic visions for agriculture, water, and food programming. Represent us at meetings and events across India.Project Management: Help document progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.Time Zone Coordination: Participate in cross-time-zone meetings and balance real-time and asynchronous communication effectively.Communications: Contribute to written materials for internal and external audiences.
