5G Digital Predistortion ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of advanced 5G radio units with emphasis on transmitter linearizer system architecture and IP Core targeting satellite communication, wireless backhaul, and massive MIMO applications.Design high-performance digital predistortion (DPD) and crest factor reduction (CFR) IP Cores in RTL, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.Develop detailed system-level functional requirements and specifications related to DPD and CFR.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of DPD systems.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, participating in standards body activities and influencing innovative visions for the future of 5G.Key Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience in 5G or 4G radio program DPD development.Strong understanding of essential systems engineering elements, including conveying requirements to development and QA teams.Deep knowledge of DPD architectures and linearization concepts, as well as signal processing and algorithms.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
