Japanese Language Specialist: We are seeking a skilled Japanese Language Specialist to play a vital role in coordinating training programs and ensuring seamless execution.Job Description Analyze client-provided training needs and determine required sessions to train overall number of trainees according to courses and sites Coordinate planning of training sessions with internal trainers and external vendors Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability ensuring proper execution Share instructor information with site security as necessary Communicate and inform employees about opening dates of training sessions Calibrate and coordinate with the Offsite team for any changes/updates in the training event/program Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoicing if required Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools Coordinate with training organizations Required Skills and Qualifications Expert-level Japanese (N2) language skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze and determine training needs Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Benefits Opportunity to work on a variety of training projects Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development opportunities
