Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons for Classes 10, 11, and 12 in alignment with CBSE guidelines. • Develop clear lesson plans, practical activities, and assessments that support conceptual understanding and application. • Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure proper safety practices and equipment management. • Evaluate students’ performance through assignments, tests, and examinations; provide constructive feedback. • Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams such as JEE and NEET where relevant. • Maintain discipline, a positive classroom environment, and effective communication with students. • Collaborate with faculty for interdisciplinary learning and CBSE related academic planning. • Participate in staff meetings, training programs, parent–teacher meetings, and school events. • Stay updated with curriculum changes, teaching methodologies, and educational trends. Qualifications & Experience : • Master’s degree in Physics or Applied Physics (Mandatory) • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. • 5–10 years of proven teaching experience in a CBSE English medium school. • Strong communication skills in English. • Demonstrated ability to teach advanced concepts with clarity.
