Position: AVP – Lead Architect / Solution Lead (F&A)Experience: 12–16 YearsLocation: Noida / Hyderabad / BangaloreRole OverviewSeeking an experienced AVP-level Architecture Leader to drive solution design and modernization across Capture and Trace processes within the Finance & Accounting domain.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Capture & Trace platforms.Define scalable, secure, and cloud-native architectures on Azure/AWS/GCP.Drive technical roadmap, integrations, and workflow automation initiatives.Collaborate with business and client teams for requirement mapping and solution alignment.Provide thought leadership on AI-driven automation, including GenAI/Agentic AI adoption.Guide engineering teams through design reviews, best practices, and delivery governance.Required Skills & ExpertiseStrong experience in cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).Hands-on expertise in Capture/Trace tools, OCR/ICR, workflow automation, and document intelligence.Experience architecting solutions for Accounts Payable (AP) or broader F&A processes.Exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI for intelligent document processing.Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, data pipelines, and security principles.Ability to lead technical discussions with CXO-level stakeholders.Preferred BackgroundCandidates from F&A, BPM, Automation, or Enterprise Tech environments.Experience working with global clients and large transformation programs.
