In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations to enhance our NetSuite ERP platform.Key Responsibilities:Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support to resolve development-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of complex problems.Project Leadership: Lead and participate in NetSuite projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation support, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Customization and Configuration: Customize NetSuite modules to align with business processes, including creating custom records, fields, and forms, driving efficiency and productivity.Build searches and reports: Develop user-friendly searches and reports for the business team to provide valuable insights into business operations.Integration Management: Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions, promoting open communication.Training and Mentoring: Mentor and guide members of the internal Finance team, sharing knowledge and best practices for NetSuite development and administration.Managing Support Tickets: Analyze tickets and provide support in resolving end-user queries/issues.Release management: Administer related activities for maintenance of NetSuite.Process Improvement: Follow internal procedures and help the Finance team build robust financial processes with automation.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional communication with 3rd party stakeholders and internal teams.
