Loan Processing ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced loan processor to join our mortgage broking firm in Australia.The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to loan processing, monitoring, and administrative support.This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to gain exposure to the Australian work culture while working closely with a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Providing excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to loan enquiries, delivering timely updates, and resolving issues efficiently.Coordinating loan files from initial lead stage through to formal approval, including preparing loan documents, reviewing file accuracy, managing data, maintaining filing systems, monitoring application progress, and following up with lenders, conveyancers, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders.Conducting research on lender products and policies, understanding lender policies of major banks, and knowledge of residential lending policies.Analysing information and administration, performing thorough analysis and verification of client financial documentation, assessing customer documents against policy standards, researching lender requirements, managing compliance, preparing FHOG applications, and producing accurate reporting.Filing and data management, organizing, updating, and maintaining secure digital files in line with confidentiality and firm procedures.Collaboration, working closely with the Australian team to deliver timely financial reports and compliance documentation, offering support and assistance to other members of the team as required.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent customer service skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of residential lending policies.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office.Benefits:Opportunity to gain experience in loan processing.Chance to work with a dynamic team in Australia.Professional development opportunities.Others:Competitive salary package.Generous leave entitlements.
