🚀 Exciting Opportunity for Female Engineers in the Renewable Energy Sector 🌱


This is a fantastic opportunity for female engineers passionate about driving innovation in the Wind Turbine Converter projects, from concept to implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the design of Wind Turbine Converter projects across their life cycle.
  • Ensure the project’s scope is met while managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure a unified direction.
  • Oversee project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Report regularly on progress to senior management.
  • Lead risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with other components, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate peer reviews, technical reviews, and ensure design trade-offs are balanced to meet performance and cost targets.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Power Electronics/Power Systems/Mechanical or a similar engineering specialization.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervising Converter design projects or similar roles.
  • Strong experience in project execution within matrix organizations.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of Converters in relevant power and voltage classes.
  • Familiarity with international design standards and systems engineering processes.
