About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the daily operations of our canteen. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee high-volume meal service while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.As a Canteen Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of staff, providing training, leadership, and managing schedules.You will develop and manage a diverse and cost-effective menu, catering to employee preferences and dietary requirements. This includes monitoring and controlling inventory, minimizing waste, and placing timely orders for food supplies.Responsibilities also include handling the financial aspects of canteen operations, including budgeting, revenue tracking, cost control, and maintaining profitability.To ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, you will lead and work closely with the canteen committee to gather feedback, plan menus, and improve service offerings.You will track and analyze meal volumes, service patterns, and customer satisfaction, adjusting operations as necessary.It is essential to maintain all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food storage, handling, and cleanliness of preparation areas.Fine-tune your communication skills to handle customer feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience for all employees.Key Qualifications:Degree in Business Administration or Food & Beverage Management or a related field
