Job Overview for Quality Assurance SpecialistAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality deliverables by executing manual testing processes, developing and managing test cases, and providing actionable feedback to the development team.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify potential issues and improve overall product quality.Maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Jest, and Postman to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.Conduct UI, functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing to ensure seamless user experience and robust system functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs using tools like JIRA and Bugzilla, and implement fixes to maintain high-quality standards.Develop and maintain automated test suites to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing to facilitate faster time-to-market and improved productivity.Analyze and optimize test execution time and coverage to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.Perform static code analysis with linters to maintain high code quality and consistency, and provide recommendations for improvement to the development team.Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and design test scenarios that meet their needs and expectations.
