Financial Expertise: We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely compliance with federal and state regulations.Record all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions regularly to detect any discrepancies.Prepare and process payroll in accordance with established accounting standards.Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities promptly.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to inform business strategy.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is essential.Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles is necessary.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.High attention to detail and accuracy are necessary.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is crucial.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.We offer a competitive salary range of 4-4.2 LPA and US shift timings. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is an added advantage.
