We apply rigorous controls in sampling and verification, maintain secure and reproducible data systems, and communicate results that withstand scrutiny.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive HR Generalist with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition. The role will primarily focus on core HR operations and employee lifecycle management, while also supporting hiring requirements across teams.ResponsibilitiesHR GeneralistManage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits etcAct as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentationSupport performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and appraisal coordinationMaintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and HRMS accuratelyAssist in drafting, implementing, and communicating HR policies and SOPsCoordinate with internal stakeholders for attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs.Support compliance documentation and audits as reqHandle employee relations issues with guidance from leadership 2 .
