As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers.Key Responsibilities:Obtain competitive quotations: Request and secure detailed quotes from approved suppliers for every RFQ.Vendor and Procurement Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency in procurement activities.Inventory Planning & Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels and implement effective inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock availability. Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Oversee logistics operations and coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Demand Forecasting & Order Fulfillment: Analyze demand trends and sales data to support accurate forecasting and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align procurement and supply chain strategies with business objectives.Compliance, Documentation & Cost Control: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate documentation while optimizing procurement and logistics costsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Executive roles.Excellent communication and analytical skills.CRM Knowledge.Ability to work independently in a remote setup.Benefits:Remote work setup.How to Apply:Please send your resume to us or apply directly via .
