Job title: Executive Producer Job type: Full-time Location: Kolkata About SVF SVF Entertainment is a leading Media and Entertainment company in East India, with 8 National Awards to its credit, and capabilities in Film and TV Production, Cinemas, Distribution, Digital Cinema, Music, and New Media. Role: We are looking for a production professional to supervise projects from development to completion, ensuring seamless coordination, budget alignment, and top-tier creative output in collaboration with directors and team leads. Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end production (pre-production to post-production) including scheduling, budgeting, logistics, permits, equipment, contracts, and vendor management. Coordinate closely with directors, writers, cast, crew, and department heads to maintain timelines, communication flow, and ensure the creative vision is met. Manage budgets, track expenses, ensure timely payouts, and work with finance, legal, QC, and S&P teams for documentation, agreements, and compliance. Provide on-set problem solving, manage artist coordination, and ensure smooth operations without disrupting shoots. Prepare DPRs, maintain MIS, oversee licensing/permissions, and ensure timely delivery of production milestones for high-quality long-format content (Films/Web). Must-Have Skills: Strong production planning & scheduling Fluent in Bengali Language. Budgeting & cost management Excellent communication & coordination abilities Problem-solving and quick decision-making on set Vendor, talent & stakeholder management Knowledge of permits, legal documentation & compliance Ability to balance creative needs with operational feasibility Proficiency in reporting (DPR/MIS) and cross-team collaboration Strong organizational and multitasking skills
