Job Title: Niagara Application EngineerOverview:The role of a Niagara Application Engineer is to design and implement building management systems (BMS) and industrial automation solutions using the Niagara 4 platform.Responsibilities:Design and develop BMS applications for commercial and industrial buildings using Niagara 4Deploy solutions on-site, collaborating with commissioning teams to ensure smooth installationsProvide remote engineering support for system design, solution architecture, and commissioningAct as a liaison between OEM global tech support teams and clients, submitting RCA reports and resolving issuesConduct training sessions for junior engineers, freshers, and interns on BMS and industrial automationDevelop and present proof-of-concept setups for product capabilities demonstrations at trade fairs, exhibitions, and road showsAttend customer meetings, communicate effectively with clients, and work closely with the team to deliver projects and servicesLead weekly meetings with client management to discuss improvements, areas for improvement, and analysis of support deliveredImplement engineering standardization and related documentationDevelop standard or custom graphicsParticipate in international on-site assignments for system commissioningRequirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:At least 5 years of experience in automation and controls, with a minimum of 2 years working with the Niagara 4 platformHands-on experience with Niagara 4 systems, including Tridium, Trend Controls, Distech, Webs, etc.Additional qualifications include energy management and IoT activities within the iBMS domain, as well as experience with Niagara AnalyticsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsAbility to travel up to 40% of the timePreferred Location:Pune or Mumbai, India
