Role Description

 

This is a full-time US Mortgage Processing Professional role located in Hyderabad. The US Mortgage Processing Professional will be integral in managing various stages of the loan process, from initial application to post-closing. Responsibilities include handling loan applications and documents, verifying the accuracy of the loan application, obtaining necessary information for creditworthiness assessment, entering data into an electronic system, and ensuring compliance with current regulations and guidelines. The professional will also communicate with clients and loan officers to ensure timely processing of loan applications and provide support throughout the loan processing cycle.

 

Job Overview:


We are looking for a Mortgage Support Specialist to assist with key mortgage processing tasks, including managing condominium documentation, handling insurance requirements, and processing payoffs. This role requires a professional with strong experience in mortgage processing and/or underwriting, as they will also assist with working on files alongside these tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process and manage condominium project documentation.
  • Ordering Condo questionnaire , HOI documents and payoff's 
  • Tracking document with investors 
  • Oversee insurance requirements and ensure all policies are in compliance.
  • Handle mortgage payoff requests and related paperwork.
  • Assist with general mortgage file processing as needed.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth file progression.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies with accuracy and attention to detail.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in mortgage processing or underwriting.
  • Strong knowledge of condo documentation, insurance, and payoff processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
