Data Solutions Leadership RoleWe are seeking a Data Solutions Director to spearhead our data strategy in India, driving regional excellence through semantic models and unified data definitions.This key position will be responsible for establishing standards across multiple markets, guiding the deployment of GenAI capabilities, and ensuring consistent data governance.7+ years of experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles, including recent people management responsibilities.Demonstrable expertise within General Insurance data domains, with a strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.Hands-on experience delivering GenAI applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping), with an understanding of responsible AI principles.Proven ability to implement enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms, with a strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging senior executives internationally.About this roleThis is a pivotal opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a lasting impact on our organization's data initiatives.
