Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Supply Chain Planning ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced supply chain planning professional with strong functional and technical knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, configure, optimize, and support supply chain planning solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and support of supply chain planning initiatives.Work with business teams to understand supply chain planning requirements including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and S&OP/integrated business planning.Configure dashboards, alerts, and analytics for supply chain planning solutions.Perform scenario modeling and design solutions for planning use cases.Conduct workshops, create functional specifications, and map business processes.Facilitate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.Technical Skills:Built and maintained data models, matrices, tables, and calculations for supply chain planning solutions.Developed and configured tasks, automation, and workflows in RapidResponse.Supported integrations with ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and JDE.Worked with data transformation and data load processes.Troubleshooted technical and functional issues ensuring timely resolution.Required Skills and Qualifications:6+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning software.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.Experience in configuring supply chain planning modules.Ability to design dashboards, worksheets, alerts, and planning grids.Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and scenario planning.Experience integrating supply chain planning software with ERP systems.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.About UsWe offer a collaborative work environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
