Role Overview:
The Business Analyst/Tester is responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and ensuring quality through comprehensive testing. Working closely with the Product Owner/Lead, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures that projects align with strategic objectives, particularly in UX enhancement, POC development, and customized demo creation. Proficiency in AI/ML, modern technologies, and Agile methodologies is essential.
Key Qualifications/Experience:
- 7+ years in business analysis or testing, with expertise in POC/demo development and AI/ML.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and backend technologies (.Net, Java, Python).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Proficient in using automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit to streamline testing processes and ensure consistent results.
- Knowledgeable in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, and Shell scripting for automating test cases and POC development.
- Experience with tools like Postman, SoapUI, and REST Assured for testing and validating APIs.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI to integrate testing into the development pipeline.
