If you have a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across various domainsSource candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other platformsConduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fitCoordinate interviews and follow-ups with US-based hiring managersMaintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackersEnsure compliance with US staffing protocols and documentation standardsWork in EST time zones as neededRequirements4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitmentStrong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with ATS and CRM toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneouslyWillingness to work night shifts or overlapping US hoursCompensationSalary range: ₹5 – ₹7.5 LPA (based on experience and skillset)Incentives based on performance and placementsComprehensive health insurance coverage for self and immediate familyIf you have the above skills/experience, please share your resume in confidence to:Recruiter Name: SasiEOE
