Location: Remote / HybridExperience: 3-5 yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe're looking for a talented and versatile Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of maintaining our existing websites, managing internal technical projects, and building integrations that keep our systems running smoothly.If you love solving problems, working across multiple technologies, and bringing structure to fast-paced environments — this role is for you.What You'll DoMaintain & Improve Websites- Manage and update our WordPress, Shopify, and custom platforms- Develop new features, enhance UI/UX, and ensure site security & performance- Oversee hosting, domains, backups, and site optimizationOwn Internal Tech Project Management- Break down requirements and manage development tasks end-to-end- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, ops, design, leadership)- Ensure clear documentation and timely project deliveryIntegrations & Automation- Build and maintain API integrations between systems- Troubleshoot technical issues across webhooks, CRMs, ERPs, and plugins- Automate recurring workflows to support operational efficiencyYour Technical SkillsetWe'd love to see experience with:- WordPress (themes, plugins, ACF)- Shopify (Liquid, apps, storefront customization)- React.js (component architecture, frontend features)- Laravel (API development, backend logic)- Git, REST APIs, MySQL, and modern deployment workflowsYou Are- A strong communicator with excellent English- Flexible, solution-oriented, and fast at understanding requirements- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environmentsWhy Work With Us?- Work across multiple brands and international markets- High ownership and direct involvement with leadership- Opportunity to innovate and automate internal systems- Growth-focused environment with long-term potential
