About the RoleAs a Lead AI/ML Engineer, you will architect scalable ML pipelines, services, and platforms using modern cloud and MLOps practices.Key Responsibilities:Develop and integrate Generative AI models (LLMs, Vision Models, Multimodal Models) into business applications to drive innovation.Design autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents using agentic AI frameworks to enhance decision-making capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective AI-driven solutions that drive growth.Evaluate code quality, provide guidance to junior engineers, and ensure best practices in model development and deployment for high-performance outcomes.Stay up-to-date on new tools, frameworks, and approaches to maintain a cutting-edge AI ecosystem that supports business objectives.Qualifications:A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI Engineering, including solution design, model lifecycle management, and scalability considerations.Required Skills:Demonstrated expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch), and model training, optimization, and evaluation.Data engineering concepts & ML pipeline automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Deep understanding of GenAI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector DBs, and RAG to leverage AI potential.Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with MLOps tools such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow, etc. to manage complex systems.Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to convert business challenges into actionable AI-based solutions that drive results.
