You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, craft AI models, validate datasets and integrate them into operational workflows. Monitor AI system performance, optimize algorithms and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI.Experience in AI, Machine Learning and Data Science methodologies including algorithm design and model optimization.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.Knowledge of data preprocessing, validation and visualization techniques, along with experience in handling large datasets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret data-driven insights.Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools is a plus.Excellent teamwork, communication and project management skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related field.Experience in industries served by Straive-like EdTech, Financial Services or Pharma is advantageous.
