Job description 

Job Title: HR Executive 

EXP Required : 1yr to 4yr 

CTC Range : 3 - 5 LPA


Responsibilities: 

Talent Acquisition: 

• Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. 

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 

• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Interviewing and Selection: 

• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates. 

• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. 

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: 

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. 

• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment policies, processes, and best practices. Candidate Management: 

• Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback as necessary. Onboarding and Orientation: 

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to key team members. 

Recruitment Marketing: 

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent. 

• Promote the employer brand through online and offline channels. 

Continuous Improvement: 

• Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes and procedures. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the BPO or similar industry. • Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
