Based in Bangalore, India, we are committed to innovation and excellence in the field of augmented and virtual reality.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Finance Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on Technical Hiring along with HR operations, payroll, compliance, and finance coordination.Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.Key Responsibilities:1. HR & RecruitmentManaging end-to-end recruitment with a focus on Technical Hiring.Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their technical skills and qualifications.Sourcing and engaging top talent through social media, job boards, and networking.Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner & negotiating job offers for new hires.Handling recruitment for non-technical roles across the organization.Designing and implementing HR policies to improve employee productivity and engagement.Overseeing on boarding, induction, attendance, and leave management to ensure a seamless employee experience.Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee development, benefits, and exit formalities.Facilitating learning & development frameworks aligned with organizational goals.Administering payroll, compliance, and benefits processes efficiently.Ensuring adherence to HR compliance and maintain accurate documentation.2. Admin & Vendor ManagementCoordinating with vendors ensure cost-effective and timely deliverables.Handling procurement and office administration including purchase of project essentials.Managing reimbursements and streamline background verification processes.Maintaining smooth administrative operations to support all departments.3. Finance Coordination (Non-Accounting Role)Acting as a link between internal teams and the vendors for all financial and compliance-related matters.Handling payment coordination, including import remittances and bank transfers.Maintaining and track all financial documents.Ensuring timely submission of documents for compliance.Keeping comprehensive and organized records for easy audit readiness and reporting.Skills Required:Strong expertise in Technical and Non-Technical Recruitment.Knowledge of HR Operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.Ability to coordinate effectively with internal & external team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.Familiarity with HRMS tools would be highly beneficial.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with integrityQualifications Required:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of relevant experience in HR & Finance roles, preferably within a technical or engineering organization.Prior experience in finance coordination and vendor management will be an advantage.
