RPA Project Manager PositionAs a RPA Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through various phases. Your responsibilities will include project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning. You will collaborate with our team of experts to ensure successful project execution.Main Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients and their teams.Lead multiple concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Establish project management plans, track milestones, and coordinate meetings with client stakeholders.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate documentations, solution design, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables.Mitigate identified risks to avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Provide regular weekly status updates to clients and Program Managers.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.Minimum 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc).Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).Leadership skills to inspire co-workers and attain goals.Understanding of value drivers and ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives.Bonus Points: Prior work with OCR technologies (ABBYY, IBM Datacap, etc).
