  • Understand the requirement and prepare efficient quotation and itinerary
  • Prepare Hotel vouchers and booking confirmation slips
  • Coordinate with b2B agents for the booking closures
  • Handover documents for confirmations
  • Ensure on trip smooth movement of guest
  • Coordinate with Japan team for all bookings
