You will also build and maintain robust data models and schemas for large-scale datasets, develop embeddings for skills, jobs, and user profiles, and train, validate, and fine-tune ML models on diverse datasets.Predictive Model Developer: Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to power skill assessment and job matching.Data Modelling Expert: Build and maintain robust data models and schemas for large-scale datasets.Embedding Specialist: Develop embeddings for skills, jobs, and user profiles to drive recommendations and similarity analysis.Model Trainer: Train, validate, and fine-tune ML models on diverse datasets.Statistical Analyst: Apply advanced statistical techniques for insights, anomaly detection, and product development.The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on machine learning, predictive modeling, and data analytics. They should be proficient in Python and core libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy. Experience with GCP BigData tools and multi-cloud environments is also desirable.
