These professionals will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing voice models that can synthesize human-like voices and transform speech into various languages.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and fine-tune deep learning models for voice synthesis and transformation.Implement and optimize neural network architectures such as Tacotron, FastSpeech, WaveNet, or similar.Collect, preprocess, and augment large-scale speech datasets.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate voice models into production systems.Evaluate and assure the quality of voice model outputs.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Strong experience with Python programming and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).Hands-on experience with speech/audio processing and relevant toolkits (e.g., Librosa, ESPnet, Kaldi).Familiarity with voice model architectures and deep learning concepts.Preferred QualificationsExperience with deploying models to real-time applications or mobile devices.Knowledge of data labeling and noise handling techniques.Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP).The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of deep learning concepts and model training processes. They should also be able to research and stay current on advancements in speech processing and audio generation.
