Job OpportunitySeeking a talented and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior IT Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT risk management, assurance, and leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level.Key Responsibilities: Manage assurance engagements with a focus on IT risks and ensure alignment with industry standards. Lead a team of IT assurance professionals in evaluating and testing ITGCs, conducting business and IT process reviews, IT Application Controls tests, IPEs, third-party assurance (SOC1&2) and related areas. Serve as a subject matter expert on specific technology platforms or industries, providing guidance and support to the team. Collaborate with leadership to develop the TRA team by coaching, providing technical guidance during assurance engagements, ensuring completion of work within tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality assurance results consistent with the firm's expectations. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology updates in the field and encourage team members to constantly learn and adapt. Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to articulate IT assurance findings and convey your point of view. Support the firm's quality agenda and ensure zero-defect assurance during internal/external quality reviews. Establish and strengthen client and internal relationships. Assist leaders in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives. Identify and escalate potential business opportunities for the firm on existing client engagements.Requirements: Qualified CA, MBA, BTech/BE / BSc IT (Preferred CISA or equivalent certifications) Excellent presentation and communication skills High on personal integrity and work ethics and can be trusted without micro-level supervision from leaders Team player with proactive and result-oriented approach Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguityThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about IT assurance and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the team.As a Senior IT Assurance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of the organization.
