We are seeking an experienced process engineer to lead our engineering efforts and mentor junior engineers.The ideal candidate will apply their knowledge of thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, transport phenomena, and material balances to industrial problems and translate theoretical knowledge into practical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate mechanistic models based on fundamental physical and chemical principles to simulate processes and predict system behavior under various conditions.Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard platforms such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, gPROMS, AVEVA PRO/II, DWSim, or IDAES.Build and troubleshoot steady-state and dynamic process flowsheets, configure property packages, and ensure convergence of complex simulations.Expertise RequiredDevelop custom models for non-standard equipment or novel process configurations and integrate simulation outputs with external tools and databases for expanded analysis.Apply machine learning techniques to process engineering problems and build predictive models for soft sensing, fault detection, and quality prediction.Lead or actively participate in Agile ceremonies, break down complex projects into manageable tasks, and deliver incremental value in iterative cycles.
