Technical Support SpecialistIn this key role, you will provide high-level technical assistance to our enterprise clients after they have implemented our platform.Your main focus will be on resolving complex issues related to current configurations and efficiently troubleshooting technical problems.You will also act as a primary point of contact for technical matters—ensuring continuity, providing context, and expediting issue resolution.Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Analysis:Act as the main escalation point for customer-reported technical issues.Investigate and debug issues involving platform functionality, integrations (ERP, SSO, APIs), data discrepancies, and user configuration.Utilize tools such as SQL, Postman, and log monitoring systems to conduct in-depth root cause analysis.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve bugs, ensuring timely communication to the customer.Maintain detailed case notes, documentation, and internal/external knowledge base content.Enterprise Client Engagement:Function as a technical advisor for assigned enterprise clients, developing a deep understanding of their configuration, integration, and support history.Participate in regular client check-ins or quarterly business reviews alongside Customer Success Managers (CSMs).Proactively monitor enterprise account health and flag potential issues before they become blockers.Partner with onboarding and implementation teams to ensure seamless technical setup for enterprise clients.
