PKMS / WMi QA Professional Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled PKMS / WMi Quality Assurance professional to support quality assurance activities within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PKMS / Manhattan WMi, strong understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, and a proven track record in testing complex WMS functionalities.Conduct comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for PKMS/WMi enhancements and new deploymentsAnalyze business requirements and develop detailed test plans, test cases, and scriptsEvaluate end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, putaway, replenishment, and returnsExecute QA cycles, document results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issuesSupport production validation, cutover verification, and go-live readinessCollaborate closely with warehouse operations, IT, and cross-functional teams for successful implementationsProvide assistance for test data preparation and environment setupKey Responsibilities:The selected candidate will be responsible for:Quality AssuranceFunctional TestingIntegration TestingRegression TestingUAT TestingTest Case DevelopmentDefect TrackingCollaboration with Development TeamsRequired Skills & Experience:To be successful in this role, you will need:3+ years of hands-on testing experience with PKMS / Manhattan WMiDetailed knowledge of warehouse and distribution business processesExperience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Zephyr)Able to write SQL queries for data validationExperience with EDI, integration testing, and interfaces with ERP / OMS systemsExcellent communication and documentation skillsJob Benefits:This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of our organization.About This Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and take on new challenges in quality assurance.
