About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cost Analyst to join our team. As a Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for managing product costing activities on SAP and providing support to markets with inventory valuation.This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and expertise in finance to drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including technology teams and market professionals, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end product costing activities on SAP;Providing support to markets with inventory valuation;Analyzing procurement transactions and identifying price variance causes;Reviewing exceptions and abnormal variances and taking corrective action;Developing reports that provide insights into price and factory variances;Key Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A certified or qualified accounting background;A minimum of eight years of post-qualification work experience in a manufacturing organization;Minimum of six years hands-on experience with SAP product costing and end-to-end process knowledge;Knowledge on SAP MM and PP modules, as well as non-financial information impacts on costing;A thorough understanding of SAP CO module and process flow for product costing and fixing errors in costing and transaction processing;Experience with analysis of variances;Excellent communication and teamwork skills;Proficiency with spreadsheet applications (Excel) and reporting and analysis tools (BW, BCS, Lumira etc.).Benefits and RequirementsWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
