Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to develop designs that meet client needs and adhere to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
Create architectural designs based on client requirements, building codes, and budget considerations.
Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
Manage and oversee the construction of buildings to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.
Resolve design and construction issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience working as an Architect, with a portfolio of successful projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural standards.
Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
Licensed or pursuing licensure as a registered Architect is preferred.

Exp- 5yrs +
