About the Role:The Head of Operations/COO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operations within the facility. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure efficient, safe, and compliant production of drug product. The position demands a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing the company or organization's vision and mission.Oversee all aspects of production operations, including manufacturing processes, capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management, to ensure timely and cost-effective production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.Establish and maintain robust quality management systems, procedures, and protocols to ensure adherence to cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to finished product release.Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, preventive maintenance schedules, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and ensure the reliability and availability of manufacturing assets.Lead and monitor senior Management team and cross-functioning.The head of operations Manager will be working closely with production team, Quality team, and R&D teams to implement business strategies.He will work with the CEO and executive team to drive overall performance in a regulated environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
. Mechanical engineer from IIT’s, & NIT's can only apply.Core production experience is needed not necessarily from Pharma but can be from any FMCG industry.
