We’re Hiring: Head of Finance for a Prestigious Family Office in Mumbai
Are you a seasoned finance professional with a strong track record of excellence and integrity? A renowned Mumbai businessman is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee the family owned companies financial operations and lead a dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring systematic and meticulous compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial controls. You will lead a small team of accountants, work closely with senior family members, and liaise with external consultants such as the CA firm and Company Secretary.
Key Responsibilities:
He or she will lead a small team of accountants, allotting responsibilities and ensuring timely, accurate outputs. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day activities including Billing, Payment, Accounting in Tally, and maintaining GST / Income Tax and TDS records. The person should be proficient in Tally ERP and Excel. Knowledge of filing Income Tax Returns will be an added advantage. The candidate should also be able to finalise the accounts and liaise with the CA firm and Company Secretary.
Qualifications: B.Com degree from a reputed college with a score above 60%.
Experience: 12 to 15 years in accounting, banking, and taxation.
