Job Title: Digital Creative SpecialistWe are looking for an exceptional Digital Creative Specialist to join our team. As a creative and innovative professional, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, designing and evolving our visual identity across digital channels.Your workday will involve developing and strengthening brand assets including style and brand guidelines, delivering high-quality, on-brand graphics to support superior digital marketing, independently performing med-to-high complexity creative tasks, producing creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts, analyzing, reporting and improving your designs iteratively with each initiative.To succeed in this role, you should have a powerful portfolio demonstrating your creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics, strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor.The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 years of experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other platforms, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create high quality creative outcomes.Required Skills and QualificationsA powerful portfolio demonstrating your creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise;Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics;0 to 1 years of experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other platforms;Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and collaboration skills;Ability to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor.
