Be a part of a passionate, award-winning global team that celebrates success and encourages skill enhancement. 🎯 Open Position: Galileo Expert / Travel Consultant / Customer Service Agent We are looking for skilled, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our rapidly expanding Travel Operations team. 🛫 Key Responsibilities ✈ Flight Scheduling & Management Monitor and update flight schedules with complete accuracy. Rebook flights due to cancellations or last-minute changes. Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and partners to verify bookings and resolve flight-related issues. 💬 Customer Support (Out-of-Hours) Handle inbound customer queries during night shifts. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Provide real-time updates on itinerary changes with clear communication. 🗂 Administrative Duties Maintain accurate booking records. Update CRM systems and ensure proper documentation. Prepare end-of-shift reports for seamless handovers. 🛠 Problem Resolution Manage emergency travel disruptions promptly. Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve escalations. Share detailed notes for issues forwarded to day teams. 🧾 General Travel Operations Back-office administration CRM & internal communication Airline & supplier coordination Customer engagement & support 💼 Key Skills & Requirements Strong knowledge of Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre (GDS expertise highly preferred). Excellent English communication (verbal & written). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for night shifts & rotational offs.
