About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, working directly with the Head of Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, booking growth, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across paid and non-paid channels. As a numbers person, you will analyse data to improve key metrics and guide your team to deliver superior results

Key Responsibilities
Own lead generation & user acquisition metrics from predictable channels for Amaha and Children First.
Grow bookings for Amaha and Children First on a monthly basis.
Manage all digital paid channels and guide your team to deliver superior results.
Grow non-paid channels that have a history of delivering bookings month on month.
Analyze and mine data to improve all campaign metrics, including CAC and CTRs.
Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
Use data insights
To make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.
To understand users through a combination of data & user interactions
To design campaigns, conduct analysis, & review for success & learnings.
Use of data effectively for market segmentation, targeting, positioning

Skills & Qualifications
MBA in Marketing plus added qualification in Performance Marketing will be an advantage
9-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the healthcare or D2C industry
Proven track record of driving lead generation and booking growth through digital channels
Expertise in SEO and managing & optimising paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others
Strong analytical skills and ability to mine data to improve campaign metrics
Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
Familiarity with healthcare or mental health industry is a plus
