Reservations Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to support our US-based short-term vacation rental company in a remote position based in India. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.If you are a proactive, customer-focused professional with the ability to engage confidently with US guests, we invite you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience.Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.Perform additional related duties as required.Required Skills and Qualifications:Skills:Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.Clear voice, fluency, and confidence while interacting with US customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Abilities:Strong oral and written communication abilities.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred).Prior experience in reservations or sales is an added advantage.Benefits:Work Location: Remote (India)Shift: Night shift aligned with US time zonesSalary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience)Education: Skills, experience, and voice quality hold higher value than formal degrees
